The Junior Fellows Program provides an opportunity for 1012 students who desire careers in international affairs to have a substantive one-year working experience in Washington, DC. Junior Fellows provide research assistance to scholars working on Carnegie programs.

Due to the limited number of students we can accept, we require that all applicants be nominated by their university and that universities nominate no more than two. Applicants must be graduating seniors or students who have completed their bachelor's degree within the past academic year. No one will be considered who has started graduate studies (except those who have recently completed a joint masters/bachelors program).

Two deadlines: UCLA campus deadline is Tuesday, January 6, 2015

                               UCLA nominations due to Carnegie Juniors Fellows Program January 15, 2015.


Submit application no later than Tuesday, January 6, 2015, to the Department of Political Science undergraduate office at Bunche Hall room 4269 A or B.  Applications may also be left for the undergraduate counseling office at 4289 Bunche Hall with the receptionist.
